Hi...

Well isn't it a wonderful day to start writing a blog?

I think so...well, I have to go to a party tonight in the fucking rain but still, I thought 'I'm bored, I think I'll start a blog and bore people senseless with my opinions and experiences.'

So...about me anyway. I'm afraid there's quite a lot to say seeing as I'm going to be pouring my heart out and telling you all every little sordid detail of the past eighteen-ish years. I live in Newcastle in the North East of England. Me and England have a lot in common...we're both small, gutsy and enjoy trying to press our opinions on others. I live with my parents, who both work in a hotel, and a menagerie of various animals (2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 fishies)...oh, and my little sister who I suspect is possessed by demons...'The Exorcist' anyone?

I go to Cardinal Hume R.C. School (even though I'm a Protestant/Atheist) Sixth Form and then I'm going to University to study Drama because I want to be an actress. It's a laugh everyday because of all my mates, who are brilliant - I couldn't have got through school without them, that's for sure. Here's the best of them: Tia, Vicki, Beth, Plooral, Sophie, Alan, Neil, Chrissy, Stephen, Dan, Michael, Kat and Cass...love you all.

Well, anyway, more about me I guess...

I won't bore you by going into detail about my appearance; brown eyes, brown hair, tanned, curvy, glazed expression...there's much more to say about my personality.

I'm a Libra, which should mean that I'm balanced and graceful - am I fuck! I'm so clumsy, once I knocked over six cups of tea in one go - they went down like a load of dominos! My mam wasn't too happy. But, even though I'm not practical and I am drunk most of the time, I am quite intelligent, or so I've been told. I love to read and watch films - my favourite book is Lolita by Vladimir Nabakov and my favourite film is Quills. My music taste is really varied, I love rock and roll and punk music mostly...I've had a huge passion for David Bowie since I was about four. I love Batman - the Joker rocks my socks...my whole sock drawer.

And of course...I'm desperately in love with Geoffrey Rush, my all-time favourite actor!!!

Why? Well why not?!?! He's gorgeous, intelligent, talented, fun and such a lovely guy! Those blue eyes...*shudders* Fabulous! Rushies forever!

I joined the Rushies last year and have never looked back - they are the most lovely lasses ever and have made me feel so welcome!

I like to write fanfiction.

Weird. That word sums me up to all of my friends, family and...well everyone else I know.

But I'll let you judge.
